We’ll send you a teaser a few weeks into the process to ensure we are on the right track. Once you approve it, we’ll get to work designing the space of your dreams!

Step One
Book A Complimentary Discovery Call
Our process starts with a complimentary introductory discovery call to learn more about you and your project. During this 15-30 minute phone call, we will answer any questions you might have about our company and our offerings. We’ll also ask you questions about you and your project to try to gain an understanding of your project priorities, timeline, budget and quality expectations.
Once we have a full understanding of your priorities, timeline and budget, we can suggest which MCI services might be appropriate for your project. If it seems like a good fit and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll go ahead and schedule your initial consultation.
Step Two
Meet With Us For Your Initial Consultation
Each project starts with an initial consultation where we take the time to sit with you, explore your space, and hear your vision, either in-person or virtually.
At MCI, we don’t recycle a signature style, instead we get to know your organization and will gather inspiration to better understand your functional needs, unique brand, timeline, and budget before developing a design that’s totally tailored to you.
We will also discuss which of our services best suit your needs, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and get all the information we need to put together a detailed proposal for design services.
*The $349 initial consultation investment is waived for commercial projects.
Step Three
Receive Your Project Quote
At MCI, we believe in total transparency. We charge for the design services we provide, and never accept kickbacks from contractors or other vendors. Unlike the rest of the interior design industry, we don’t make our money on product mark-ups or hidden fees. Our top value is integrity and you will see that reflected at every stage of working with us.
Our services are priced competitively with other interior design firms of our caliber. We aren’t the cheapest, and we aren’t the most expensive, but we guarantee you will be absolutely thrilled with the results!
