Bohemian Bay Area Eichler Home

Oakland, California
Product Procurement + Styling

Images: Jo Portia

Built in 1962, this double A-frame Eichler is home to influencer and health and wellness coach Jo Portia and her family. Nestled in Oakland, California, among a neighborhood of other iconic mid-century homes, this project was an interior designer’s dream! Jo wanted us to help cultivate a space that feels grounded, inspiring, and joyful for her and her young family. The space also needed to act as a backdrop for her blog and social media, as well as act as an extension of her thriving lifestyle brand. We worked together to select furniture, art and accessories that would suit her style and be functional for her young family. Bold, natural and brimming with plants, the space offers a refreshing balance of inspiration and organization where she can hustle or relax, depending on the needs of the day. When we work with influencers, we often limit our product sourcing to specific brands who are collaborating on the project. This project featured FLOR tiles, West Elm, and was even featured in Dwell.
